At dinner, somehow our kids started a conversation about who is "the best." I don't know how it came up and it made me a little sad because we are always trying to show them that we love them equally and trying to teach them to put others first. Before Rebecca and I fully realized what the conversation was about they started a vote. As they went around the room, each of the kids of course voted for them self, except for Elliott (2) who voted for everyone else. I told Elliott how kind that was and so after a little more conversation they all decided that Agnes was "the best."
Today, Elliott is my superhero for setting an example of thinking of others first.
