Petrificus Totalus - Superhero Christian

Over the summer Rebecca read the first two Harry Potter books to the children. All of the children loved them. Even though Elliott couldn't really understand, he still enjoyed playing Harry Potter games with his older siblings. One game that they still love to play is wizard dueling.

Today we were talking to Christian (4) as Julia and Ethan were finishing up with some of their morning routine. Part way through the conversation Ethan came up from a little ways behind and shouted "petrificus totalus." Mid-sentence, Christian shut his mouth, dropped his arms to his side, and fell over backward. Christian continued to let his brother cast spells on him, acting out the resulting enchantments.

Christian is my superhero today for playing along with his brother.
