Agnes was still finishing up her breakfast today as the rest of us were clearing our dishes. When Julia (7) brought over her cup she filled it up for one more big drink of water. As she was drinking, she noticed Agnes watching her and making some noises to get her attention. Julia put her cup down and said "I know what you want my little Agnes." She then held Agnes' cup for her to help her get a drink. She continued to stay by her side and helped her finish up her meal.
Today, Julia is my superhero for looking out for the needs of her little sister.
